Due to call volume and time constraints we are not able to answer phone calls Tuesday through Friday.  Please leave your name, return phone number,  purpose of call, and best time to return your call. All calls are returned promptly.

Please refrain from calling repeatedly during the day trying to "get through" voicemail, this will just waste your time as it is just not going to happen. We really do answer our voicemail!

 OUR PHONE IS OPEN (NO VOICEMAIL!) on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM Eastern time. You are welcome to call us during these hours if you wish to speak to us directly.

We respect your time and interest in our service and will return your call promptly. All messages received during business hours are responded to within 60 min. The receptionist is also the operations manager and is fully qualified to answer 90% of your questions. When you need to speak in detail to a technician or if she cannot answer your question the receptionist will either transfer you or take your number for a return call from a technician.
