IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LONG ISLAND/ NYC/METRO AREA  CUSTOMERS
It is our policy not to accept or solicit sub-contract repair work. Although we welcome any referrals from local music stores/dealers/music schools we absolutely do not receive any repair work on a wholesale basis. In other words, we do not do any outside repairs or pick up repairs from dealers. We serve our own customers exclusively.

If anyone has had their equipment repaired from a music store or guitar shop we are not the place that worked on it.

Unfortunately some very poor repair work is being done in the local LI/Metro NY area. We have no interest in discussing this and have even less interest in knowing whoever these hack butchers are.

We politely  refuse to engage in any controversy and will not comment on the business practices or technical abilities of any other business or repair shop.

Please be assured, there are some very good repair technicians  both independent and those working for and affiliated with music stores in  NYC and the Metro NY area, we are not casting any negative opinion in this regard. A bit of time and research spent on internet forums will give some insight on this topic.
