WARRANTY INFORMATION
We warranty our work for six months on the work done, including parts and labor.
No warranty is implied on equipment damaged by improper wiring, abuse or external causes such as power surges, shorted speakers, liquid spillage, etc.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We reimburse all shipping costs to our customers if the item is in warranty and it is determined that our workmanship or parts used in the repair (tubes excluded) were at fault.
All items in for repair or restoration are checked and tested carefully. As it is not always possible to predict any future failure of components not replaced by us, there is no warranty on any failure of this sort. Any consideration or accommodation in the event of such a failure is solely at the discretion of In House Service Company.
Our return rate is less than one tenth of one percent, but we do stand behind our work and place customer satisfaction as our primary goal.
